I would imagine they do it everywhere.....just follow the money I suppose. I guess its a good thing I bought a piece of forest.....plenty of good soil back there!

Any ideas on how to make this into a more useable space without taking it down to the soil and putting in grass? (thats what the wife wants to do...but I like the natural, albeit manicured look). I'm really looking for a kick in the right direction more than anything.
