And yes I roll like that. I am known to show up unannounced at odd places and ask questions. I wound up speaking to a bunch of tribal elders in Oklahoma that way. If I am within a days drive I will find a person and ask!

I write letters to authors too, I get some real heart felt replies sometimes.

Yes I think we'll be reaching out , there are native carvers here and anthropologists too so enlightenment should be coming eventually

did you know you can order a gallon or 4 at a time of 99% isopropl alcohol? thats awesome. I got a gallon coming for 25 bucks. That ought to last a minute.
