I've been working in the commercial side of the industry now for about 2 months and I already have more insight and knowledge into the sick side of the industry than even I care to shake a stick at. Want to get really pissed off? Look at the requirements for testing for contaminants for buds being sold for dispensary use and/or blasting into extraction. You can remediate moldy, shitty weed to the point where it will pass an inspection, then blast it off for sale to dispensaries (med and rec.) Certain states have more loose requirements on which contaminants they test for. The sample sizes are TINY too compared to the volume of bud required by weight (like fucking minuscule.)

THC testing? What a joke. The variance allowance in testing, on tops of no standardized methods for testing, put THC levels ALLLLLLLLLLL over the map. HUGE variance allowances on clone-only, "fuck you autoflower growers, photos are king" strains . I tell those old celebrity breeders they can SUCK it man, they've fed us a load of bullshit for years based on testing they don't even (or maybe even do) comprehend themselves.

18-28% THC on some of my photoperiod bud from the dispensary. As a consumer purchasing seeds based on what you've heard on THC content, what are you more willing to purchase? 18% Or 28%?

Marketing. BS.

in AK two certified test labs=2 different test results, regulatory commission shiting blood over it, but probably won't do anything, at least they are red flagging mold

How much weed do you guys smoke? Most I've seen my guy smokes 1/2-1 oz every day. Not a who's dick is bigger, but just curious. Me and my girl go through 2 zips a week on ration, 1/4 lb per week free smokin'

Currently zero, if I had it readily available probably 1/8-1/4oz a week depending on what's going on.

I toke on the vape, so my consumption is far less than a joint smoker...no idea how much i consume a day or a week, don't keep track

They're gonna fuck your either way buddy. Doesn't really matter if it's legal or not. Actually turns out that I hope it doesn't become legal where I'm at, everything's gonna go the way of big pharma and big tobacco. No ones gonna be able to grow their own mess anyway-and there'll prob be EVEN harsher penalties if your caught then.

I hear you man....truth be told i have always thought THC percentages are total bullshit. I have smoked some of the highest rated medical weed in the world(32.7% THC) and ironically i found it to be lacking. Somehow the grass I can grow in the field has as much, sometimes even more of a psychological impact......
