So I soaked my air stones in vinegar for a while to clean them out. Flushed them a few times now. Still a very faint vinegar smell. Y'all think it'll be a big deal if I stick them in my DWC bin under some seedlings that haven't even rooted from the peat pucks yet, or should I continue soaking them in water?

Buy new ones if you have any doubts. You are better off with just an open airline in the meantime. I cross contaminated using an old airstone and i will never do it again for the sake of a few pennies

Morning @9bear :bighug: @Spanglish :bighug:

She's a lovely Mutant.I Love anomolies....:headbang:..she looks like the anomoly you get on some tomato plants...:headbang:

Yeah...I had Spring Fever the other day....I predicted Snow....

[HASHTAG]#hangry[/HASHTAG] is bad.......:grrr1: ...I was going to say Feed her..but she might get hangry at me....

Has been pretty entertaining to sit back and watch grow out. Fasciation looks to exist also in tomatoes so could very well be the same thing, have attached a few online images i have found of it in them along with a couple of other species.

I'm not so concerned about cross contamination here - there weren't any issues to speak of in the prior res, and i'm a very thorough cleaner. And I soaked them in vinegar for at least 48 hours, then water for another 48. I guess I'm just wondering if a touch of vinegar in my first res fill will hurt anything?

i just FIM ed Sweet Skunk and Mazar, they are at the 4th node at day 15. No preflowers so they will have plenty of chance to put on some good veg growth before flowering.

I hope the MEGACROP turns up soon. They are on about 125 ppm of phostrogen at the mo and N for ph down.

Yup..:headbang: @phree taught me about it in the tomatoes..but I couldn't remember what the name of it was.......

I Really enjoy seeing them...they make me smile...I Love anomolies. Plants are Amazing..

I know it's a bit acidic. I guess I could just check the PH and answer my own question, probably, huh?

@2MinuesHate ..when I was using vinegar as a PH down I was told it completely dissipates in 48 hours...:headbang:..

Bad ass! Now all I have to do is determine whether the fact that I can see light through these yellow lids is gonna impact my res any :/ I have seen other folks using them, though. Maybe I'll hunt for their threads.
