I don't know what the rules are in Europe but I do know that it's not illegal here in Canada to sell seeds as long as their being sold as souvenirs . The growing and cultivation is illegal until July 1 2018 There are a number of retail stores in my neighborhood that sell seeds and do it openly without prosecution or persecution . To the best of my knowledge there is no law governing the importation of seeds into Canada as a matter of fact this is what the retailers here are doing !! I get my dander up when a company like Pyramid makes statements like this " We don't sell or deliver to Argentina, Mexico, Turkey, United States and Canada ". on their website . Some company have even expressed the view that they have lost too many orders shipping to Canada !! Balls I say .
9bear is a lot shorter to type than 1939bear . [emoji3] Feenix suggested it and I liked it .
Don't mind if I do Mossy the ribs look good . [emoji106]
Most likely they're just trying to stay out of getting in trouble with the US government for doing so. US has been known to push for extradition of seed sellers. Maybe the trade agreements we have in North America have something to do with it.

I'm jealous again sitting here in the land of $3.50US + for a loaf of name brand bread.

Smart. No telling what they send to those who get real nasty. It would be no fun to wait 2 months to find out that they sent you industrial hemp seeds.

Today? I'm finer than split frog hair. How are you Dichoti?
I'm safe they won't sell to me .

I'm great today. Broccoli and Bell peppers have started to sprout, and a box of lights and my new Washburn are scheduled to show up tomorrow...

I believe @Feenix has the answer . Credit card company's cover their ass by refusing to authorize payments to company's that may be involved in illegal activities . Visa & Mastercard don't want their reputation sullied by unsavory seed company's and people that engage in this kind of illegal behavior .

What's up man? Day is going great here, got my shipping confirmation on a few seeds so looking forward to getting those this week.
My wife won't let me order more until I grow my last 30 seeds... Next round I'm gonna grab a bunch of honey peach... That strain just sounds delicious.
