Good Question !! I have no idea . Some companys have complained that in the past a high number of orders have gone missing I say horseshit we have the best postal service in the world . Customs can be tough but I can't see Canadian Customs grabbing seed orders . I don't have a problem receiving orders from Mephisto or anybody anybody else in Spain .

the only thing I can think of is that now your legal your customs are becoming protectionist ,at end of day money rules
