Very good, buddy. I've got about a three mile loop I do, lotsa ups and downs...gets you huffing a puffing. I do that one about three times a week, and the other days I do a mile and a half out and back to a nice pond. Seems to be helping with all around wellness.. :pass::d5:I'm even sleeping better:headbang:

porucpine, lay em on the fire, keep turning till quills burn off. I don't like the meat much, kinda greenish sprucey, the elders up here like em, survival fare of by gone days


i always assumed they were tasty. Are the actually named "pork of the pine " i wonder? and its beem bastardized.
