Wanted to share an experience I had with Sunlight Supply Company in my purchase of a Phresh Filter. I bought it before my first grow over the summer last year. When it arrived, it was missing the pre-filter. So I emailed their support and asked if they would be able to send me one.
I got a response the very next day apologizing for the oversight, and asking me for my mailing address so they could make things right.
Then I got this email the day after I sent them my address:
"What I am going to do as well is hook you up with a brand new filter to go along with the pre-filter as well. I will be shipping these out today. Please let me know if you have any questions."
Two days later, I got not only a pre-filter for the filter I already bought, but another brand new canister in a box.... I know it's been a few months since this happened, but I wanted to pass it along. This was "above and beyond" taken to the next level...
I don't know if any of my gro-bros have dealt with this company before, but based on this experience, I can endorse them wholeheartedly.
This is such a wonderful hobby we all share, and it's really cool when the vendors we count on to keep us fitted support their products to this degree.
I certainly did not ask for them to do this. I would have been more than elated with just the missing pre-filter.
