I have a sick note from my doctor , all my joint probs are recorded etc , I give up at times

I'm a lucky old bastard and do not suffer from chronic pain . The landlady suffer's from chronic pain 24/7 from shingles . I do not envy her or anybody that does suffer like that . Most pain that I have had to endure has been removed with a knife . Not always the best way but for me so far so good .
