Dang it, I had to get a couple Digital Thermometer and Hygrometer Temperature Humidity Monitors to put in the jar so I can make sure I get a good cure since the time is coming. Now to catch the delivery before the wife see's it.

Going to do a little raspberry pi or similar datalogger/plc soon :smoking:
Shouldn't be hard to setup the logging, then it's getting some switching going, will look into other console controllers, hopefully can find a cheap hackable option!
