6 hours lying down,2 of which was sleep.........................aaaargh nvm.............im gettng used to it.

Anyway, the mist is rolling acrross the estuary,ive taken a piss in the garden and YAY its just me and the birds............curlews i think. The castle looks beautiful and menacing smothered in mist.

I think its going to be a lovely day.
