So.
Which section should I put my "airstones in coco" experiment?
I figure my Northern Lights' roots are far enough down in her 5 gallon bucket to reach the first airstone, So they got hooked to the airpump after giving her a heavy feeding to soak the stones.(Heavy as in a larger volume in total, same measurements of MC and Cal-Mag, and 1/4 dose of Silica per gallon)

Should be interesting to see how it works.
To me, Anyway. I like to experiment.
I do the same with hydrotron in fabric pots, I put a the airstones in the bottom, a piece of coir matting over the airstones then hydrotron.. works a treat!

Oh, man, so, I met this other small time breeder through the Instagram, and I will soon have in my possession, a rare, limited release SODK x Lemon Haze. I can't wait to smoke it, but I'm more excited about having some top of the line new blood in the mix. I think I'm gonna cross it with Green Crush, then back-cross it both ways...

:frog:
Hell yes i just found out about the instagram and all the breeders on there. Followed you :smoking:

Hi all!
:pass:

@Mike20132 ppm should shift at different rates, remember that the actual plant will evaporate water at different rates as it grows. I think you would have to be extremely lucky to have a stable ppm all the way through, that's just my opinion, there may be some solid science at play, but that would probably mean monitoring air quality to calculate how much water is being lost from both evaporation and what the plant is giving off to get a presumed ppm ratio for the next days nute use lol

Personally I like to see the swing, tells me what the plant is doing and I make choices based on that feedback

Me too. When it starts to drop rapidly, I bump up the feed solution. Also I am trying to do a partial flush each week to help keep the unused nutrients from building up in concentration.

When i top up my DWC buckets i readjust, in the meantime i record the fluctuations but i dont "fiddle " at all

I try to avoid adding anything to the tank besides plain water and mixed nutrients. If that's what you mean. Once its in the tank, it either gets consumed or removed, never adjusted in-tank.

Yeah, man, I never used Insta until very recently, this young girl I was messing with made me get on it, it's pretty great though, easiest way to post pics, automatically updates my Facebook and Twitter, and nobody under 30 has Facebook anymore, they're on snapchat/Insta, tons of pollen pitchers on there. The guy I'm dealing with knows somebody at mephisto who hooked him up with some of their pollen, he used it on a lemon amnesia haze

Make your plants grow pretty big, pretty quickly?
