That was pretty quick for there being a holiday and an ocean involved, I really don't appreciate how well the modern western world functions, but this is an interaction that would have literally taken a year to complete not that long ago. I don't know why flushing became a religious type faith rule in the grower community, but it's not well thought out. I wrote a well documented post on it, with research and journal links. But I can't find it now. One of these days I will rewrite it and post it up in the mythbusters section.

Good for you john The AA didn't work for me a lot of very fine people working through the problem and I have a great deal of respect for them I'm not a religious person .

Ya I don't go myself. I commend those that it works for. Depending on the counselor, some are self righteous pricks, but you don't have to be religious. Buddy of mine goes and they don't mind that he doesn't believe in religion, the principles still apply. I can't go talking about drinking with a bunch of folks it makes me want to drink. Lol I do have people I can confide in (sponsors). Hell some of em don't even know it lol The AAA is just something i made up. Assess, Adapt, Accel.

Man, I hear that, I used to believe in flushing, and I grow in soil! - talk about having a complete lack of understanding of how plants even function.

I flush religiously in dwc but i dont use any "flushers". Im more concerned about getting the chems out than taste. I use plain water and reduce the level over a couple of weeks which starts things drying a bit too.

That may change if people can advise me, ive just started using Megacrop.


Many years ago i bought a bottle of flush for 20 quid, got it home and had a sniff. I became suspicious and dipped my finger in.

Fucking molasses in water....rip off bastards.
