Got a quick question on mold... When I tossed the moldy Diesel sapling, I figured there wasn't much of a point in taking the tank out of the tent and going all clean-room on it. The mold spores are going to be there no matter what I do. As long as I do not provide a good growth medium, they will just pass on by.

I figured before I wait for this one to also self-destruct, I should probably run this past you all.

Was it a bad idea to forgo sanitizing the tank?

I buy premium promix HP and often find sticks in it...some big enough to block easy penetration for sure.

I've handled my home made soil so much, only large foreign particles are perlite

Looking at the pic again...are you sure there is not a membrane skin on that seedling?

I manually remove membranes and its easy to do...simply take a needle, thin piece of wire or a toothpics and line it up with the seam closest to the main stalk and gently drag it toward the tip. If there is a skin you will see some resistance and it will come off like a sock.(in your case, it looks like the skin is only near the end)

If there is a skin, the quicker it comes off the better!! Every day being bound is a day lost!!

I sure will check them out. I guess ypur right cannabis brings all skin and races together. It brings a happiness and a element of peace. Sure man I’m on the same boat. It’s peole like us who are good at doing both things, well one one is our nature and the other is out of discipline
