I'm wondering what it would take to convert a shipping container into a full blown grow room.

Several of the commercial licensed growers here are doing just that

TBH when the auto indoor girls go all magilla gorilla like that big lady.. they can be a real handful!

Heat soak an issue chums, hmm my bad.. a lot of people in cool climate!

Have you heard any problems with heat/cooling? I do like the fact they are pretty secure

Yes very secure indeed!! Not sure about heating
