i cutoff the ugly stuff on crystal meth auto and was hoping that would free up some light for the babies under her.

my photo clone project is a success! i see roots poking out!

Baby plants are blasting off, no idea about those crystal meth autos tho. My main clone is rooting nicely so i'll pot her up tomorrow i started a few more clones just for fun.

i am happy to see my red gorilla poison girls looking happy and healthy, those 2 other plants scared me lol thought i was becoming a bad grower somehow.

there is 14 seedlings and 1 flowering in that 5 gallon pot, i'll cull off all but the best 4 of those youngsters in a week.

Have you ever tried starting a seed with the autovalve on? i have heard of a few people doing it with success but not many people talk about it.

deffo won't work very well but I've never tried it as I don't think the roots would have enough oxygen

Ah good point! Maybe the only reason it is working good for me is because of 14 babies plants are sucking away at it. I'll test more on this in the future and start a thread so others can follow along on that test.

My clay pebble 4x4 kiddie pool with an autovalve idea worked out flawlessly, the pots stayed soaked the whole grow and managed to grow nice plants, it is hard to explain how it works with the medium staying so wet, when i hand water i give them a tiny dry period before feeding again.

The end result on the kiddie pool test, sorry the big plant is blocking the back plants and pebbles/valve

I really need to thin the herd on those red gorilla poison babies, i can't decide how many to keep so tomorrow after work i'll have to figure that out, i'm leaning towards 3-4 but i hate killing plants. I wonder what happens if i keep all 14... i have enough bud stored away to not worry about yield so i can afford to test what happens when 14 plants get fed in a 5 gallon autopot system.

What do you guys think? keep all 14 or thin the herd down to 3-4?

Thin it down but maybe put a couple in solo cups of coco and sit them in your magic pool? Cut enough slits in the bottom so the roots can escape and let them do their thing.

I'll thin them down here in a bit, I'm in trim jail from the magic pool's orgypots i had in there, i can't use the pool right now because my cage plant is in flower light cycle 12/12 and i'm wanting to clean asap so i'm not using the pool until cage plant finishes in there.

They seem to be growing just fine, I'm hoping this shows the ct-100 grows plants just fine! Those 2 crystal meth autos plants were flukes of bad/old seeds i'm betting
