Bob is bad for seeds if the RH is higher than 30%?

i dont think so , i just never go above that , just to be sure

years ago i had seeds germinate in a baggy and they were plucked when the plant was dry , needless to say , the seeds werent lol

I've put seeds into a small matchbox with a piece of sandpaper and shook it a few times to scuff the husk.
