Outdoor Critical Ogre & Onyx Outdoor

Ladybug found it's own way to Critical Ogre, but now one of the leaves tip is curled over upwards and feels dry! Could this be the increased feeding I gave them last night?

Day 24 - Bugs seems a bit less, lower leaves received the most damage. Added a makeshift windshield due to high winds the last few days and has also been raining quite a bit. Haven't fed them in a week due to the rain. Sprayed again with Neem oil and also added a layer of diatomaceous earth as a top layer which will hopefully assist in pest control.

Thanks! I bought the Critical Ogre seeds and recieved an Onyx seed as a freebie. I was looking for sativa dominant seeds (which for some reason isn't as popular/available as indica strains?) and ended up with the Critical Ogre, which was on sale. As this is my first grow, I didn't want to spend too much on seeds.

I am continuously reading, trying to get tips and more information on how to keep the plants happy. This is why I am adding as much detail as I can remember to this growlog for future grows and improving on them. AFN has so many users and information which really makes me more confident in a successful grow!

cheers grobro! You have begun the most incredible journey!

looks like your counter measures are protecting new growth
I agree, looks 1-2 weeks behind when comparing with similar grows. How does being stunted/stressed, influence switch to flower mode, meaning, will they still go into flowering phase as planned or will flowering be postponed with said 1 - 2 weeks?

Day 30

I think the combination of last weeks high winds, the neem oil and DE has worked (layer of DE is almost non existant anymore, with watering it penetrated the soil).
Usually when I inspect them they have 3 or 4 gnats/mites on them but for the last two days haven't spotted any (although I read they can come back with a vengeance). Thinking of alternating the neem oil with pyrol , or maybe rather 3 neem then 1 pyrol. As I understand, pyrol is non-selective which probably defeats one of the reasons for growing organic.

Been feeding with 2ml/l biogrow this week, 3 waterings with 2l. I removed the cotelydons and 1st set of true leaves today as they almost dried out completely.

Also, I added a layer of stones on top of the ground so that the pots are sitting on top of the stones in stead of directly on the soil.

Day 34 - Growth seems to be picking up the pase. Plants look healthy, little pest activity, will be spraying with pyrol tonight.

Day 37 - They are growing faster, so I increased the feeding to 2.5ml/l three days ago and the noticed the tips and sides of the leaves are burnt and curling up yesterday. I presume that it is nutrient burn, so I flushed with tap water, probably 40l each (2 x capacity).

No sign of flowering yet.
