Alright, I'm caught up on the conversation...So shes nice and healthy looking. Lol, I too just pack extra soil around a seedling if it needs it. Especially if I am transplanting, I may bury 2-3" if needed. You may try and lower the light a couple inches, even 1" a day after, until it stops stretching, or stands up. If you start to nitce she is getting stressed looking, just take the light back up 1-2 inches. Even if it starts to grow crooked, it's no big deal. Haha, might be a good starting point to do LST. This is a plant that had all the light it needed, and was directly under it, but grew crooked naturally.
You can see around the 4th nod it just decided it was time to go straight.
So LST is an amazing tool, and a great way to learn your plants in a very intimate manner. By constantly having your hands/eyes in there (at least I do) you will have a better chance at catching problems. I have 2 now that do not have any, and they are the only 1's I did not lst, ever. (100% indica, short bushy, and enough tops already) These are a few plants that I have done rather heavy training on. The first 2 have been topped, and super cropped, and are not techniques recommended for autos. I am just trying to point out what you can do if you tie a plant down. I also use a small plastic coated wire, and do not recommend that either. They can cut in to the plant, and do anything from stunt it, to kill it. I happen to adjust EVERY SINGLE LST daily. Something like pipe cleaners, twine, garden tape, or even a fat coated wire would be much better choices. Again, just showing examples on what can be done with it.
Amnesia photo, in my current grow, topped at the 3rd nod. The plant was very close to the soil, so I lead the shoots to the edge of the pot, and let them grow up from there.
This is a Night Terror OG photo. Here I topped at the 5th nod, super cropped (broke and bent the stem over in a 90 degre angle), and ran the shoots out as described above. The Amnesia looks close to this where the branches are LSTd. The 1st pic is this mornings wiring, and the second is about 3.5 hours later. Plants tend to respond to LST pretty fast, as they are looking for the light.
This is another Amnesia, but this girl was done with LST only. She ended up being 14" wide, and only 6" tall. There is an anchor on this 1, but it is covered by ground cover.
This is her harvest minus 1 (2) branch that I pollinated. (shhh i quick dried and smoked a branch too) Keep in mind this was in a micro cab, and intended to be a small plant.
So sorry about filling you wall with pics, I had to copy and paste most of them from my journal. I don't have the originals on my PC to make thumbnails. One thing I would recommend is getting some kind of ground cover on your soil. I won't leave
you with a book here, as I have already typed up one here.>>>
