Cream caramel day 40 no flowers

Hi first time grow.. I was given the seed as a gift. I did re pot 3 times, it is now in a 16 L pot she has been topped and LST too. I put her in the sun from rise to set with 4 hours dark and a 100w led fish tank light for 7 hours indoors ( its too cold at night for outdoors and i have no budget for a light i live in south spain so weather is good). She is growing nice no special care just bottle water, i was just thinking it would be quicker than this as it is an auto cream caramel. Any insight to help would be appreciated. Thanks

I grew a CCA recently and it took 90 days to harvest although I delayed the time by stressing it early in its grow. It did recover nicely and is some great smoke all around.
Your grow looks real healthy and it appears to be showing pistils so if it is an auto it should start building flowers soon. if it happens to be a photo ...well you know 12/12 light may be needed.
