Cooperative grow (leaves look very poorly)

:toke:-- MarySue, how much feeding have you done to date? The light mix is just that, very low nute profile in there, so feeding should start sooner,... bioBizz is very mild, so burning is not as likely, and with auto's, starting out with dilute nutes and easing it up is a good way to go,...
Fine spotting/ stippling is Ca defc., very common with LED lights even with Ca-Mg going in,... it's something linked to the nature of the LED lights, I can't say what exactly though,... strain to strain, even pheno' to pheno' variables in demands and tolerances can be in play,..noted these are all the same strain?
>>> that funky interveinal necrosis is not Mg defc., it's something else ( a few things can cause this); the way the tissue dies out, the pattern, etc does not fit IMO.... this is what Mg defc. usually looks like :
starts out like this->
mg-magnesium-deficiency-sm.jpg
...more severe ->
marijuana-magnesium-deficiency-sm.jpg
..notice that the tissue, while yellowed out, isn't dead,.... some more severe leaves, with late stage necrosis ->

This we see on occasion ->

I even asked Dutch Passion grow master about this, and he said sometimes if the leaf is near or touching the soil, it can be a pathogen infection; higher up, more likely an odd P defc. manifestation ...

>>> so, start feeding more ASAP, and keep on with the Ca-Mg.... Also, I recommend getting a soil pH probe for in-pot testing, run-off is dubious at best for this. It's not certain this is pH related, I'd say unlikely, but it's a definite possibility.....
>> this unit will do fine! I have the identical unit under a different name... Amazon product ASIN B00NTPVHOG

I hope it all worked out for you and you have the problem cleared up. I had to chuckle a bit when I saw how many plants you had in that space too. Not impossible but your gonna have you hands full. Good luck man

Hey everyone! thanks so much for all the advice. I ended up getting rid of 10 of the plants, mainly due to the space being pretty crammed and the ones around the edges of the tent becoming warped due to constant contact with the tent sides. Since removing the 10 the other have picked up rapidly and are showing lots of pistils and seem to be approaching flower.

Turns out the deficiency was Phosphorus. I ended up having a relative from Canada visit who has experience growing and he spotted it right away, purplish stems on the fan leaves and the browning/oranging of the leaves. He gave me the advice to buy a Phosphorus nutrient and add it to the mix when feeding. This has made a big impact and the newer leaves are looking fresh and vibrant.I will post some pics soon xxx

Turns out the deficiency was Phosphorus

....:greenthumb: thought so on the ones with broader patches of necrosis, as mentioned this was an odder manifestation of the symptoms,.... could have been made so in conjunction with another defc., mixed defc.'s can make some hard to diagnose problems,.... Ca defc. was in play too on the other one(s)....

@Waira thanks hun x

Just wondering if you have nutrient recomendations? We are looking for a ready mixed nutrient as mixing all the grow, bloom, calmag nutes takes ages with all these plants.
Are there ready mixed nutes with all the grow and bloom and micros mixed together to save time? If so can you reccomend any? x

:smoking: Sure, look into Greenleaf Nutrients Megacrop! They are here already, many fine grows with it documented... Plenty of folks can help you with dosing as well; do you have an EC or TDS meter? This will help you gauge the strength of your feed soln. better... Look them up online too- :thumbsup:... it's as close to an all-in-one feed there is, and it's very inexpensive! I recommend adding in a bloom booster for the extra PK... many folks reduce the MC amount some to balance the extra PK going in to manage conc. levels; they have one called Bud Explosion, but it's very concentrated so be careful of amounts used! A good liquid booster is fine too, not as fierce, tons of choices... KoolBloom 0-10-10 is a good choice.... And use inoculants too, a strong soil herd is key IMO,... I like Recharge for this, a good value for what all is in it. :coffee:
