Will coco be a good medium in autopots? What would be a good guide line for doing this? Perlite ratio, nutes, etc? Thanks in advance.

Other than Autopot's instructions, you can take a look at this section: https://www.autoflower.org/forums/autopots-watering-systems.647/ since it has lots of info and journals of people using different mediums in Autopots.

I use Coco and perlite... 1 inch of perilte in the bottom, rest is just coco with some perlite sprinkled here and there.

Coco is great in autopots. I mixed mine ~40% perlite, and my grow is going fine at over 40 days in spite of my screwups. Do your homework though, coco is not soil, if you treat it like soil or you will run into headache. If you use brick you probably have to buffer before using, and you will need ph and ec/ppm meters to stay out of trouble. Any good hydroponic nutes are useable, and you will need cal mag as well as the main nute mixes. Remember - growing in coco is more a form of hydroponics than it is growing in soil. You have to supply everything, the coco pretty much just supports the roots and stays wet with fertilizer mix. Check out cocoforcannabis dot com for excellent information on coco basics.

Autopots and coco grow them big, so choose your strains and grow arrangements accordingly.

Good luck with your grow. :goodluck:
