If you would like to send back the 2 remaining cobs I'd be happy to offer a full refund. I am actually hoping you do so I can retest these. As stated all cobs are all tested. I use a watt, voltage and temp gun. There is .1 - .3 wattage difference and 1-4 degrees temp difference between all cobs. These are all built the same with the same parts.

Never mind I see no answers just "ship it back", and peanut gallery input when I am trying to understand why my temps at the cob base vary on both items from yours. can I see your laser temp result @ the base of cob? thanks for the help I guess?

Live temps. I touched the cob holder with the laser thats the max temp @ 198F. The heatsink is 170F....I look forward to seeing your results posted.

This was just taken right now. Temps in the room are 78 degrees.

@BigSm0 Thats the outer fins, not at the base of the cob! but thanks. No doubt they are dissipating heat but cob and heatsink temp is much greater than 110 near the center is it not? And cob temp is the key factor in efficiency not outer fin heatsink temps or am I wrong? Is the cob holder temp of 198F with in normal operating limits?

Or is this not open to be questioned?

For some one that posted religiously against blurple lights and the heat generated you sure dont have much to say about your products performance given the evidence I have posted. For $50 more I can have a new Tastyled with 3 gen 7 veros driven @ 700ma and all specs listed match those stated by other site vendor.

If you were addressing him only, you'd DM him - you're posting on an open forum questioning the effiency of a machine that's had virtually no issues from users here - so frankly, I have every reason to be here and question what your intentions are here.
