How many cobs do you have?

I have 4 cobs in a 4x4 tent. If you look at my grow journal in my signature line you can see the setup.

11 watts per square foot. 440 watts total. I can’t do much more than show what I’m doing with it. Firm believer that autos do not need much more than that.

I’m trying. Kind of like when I first got to Afn telling everyone cobs were the best. No one listened lol. Now look at em The one thing I have on my side is I’m one persistent sob and I rarely give up. I’d be happy to see more grows with less cobs than more grows with more cobs. Coming from someone with a biased opinion on quantity.

Well I gotta say since that UV thread I've backed off my cobs so nothing below 30 inches for flower and grow and I see no detriment at all, which probably means its net positive benefit and I just need some time to see it. Since you're low on parts now, you should do some practical work in the garden with the lights and figure out another way to make grows better with cobs! I for one appreciate the product you put out and the knowledge passed on, especially since it was partly derived from a persistent sob!

FYI y'all, I'm running the autocobs between 9 and 10 inches above canopy with no problems as yet. Since I dont lst or use a screen, I want as much light penetration to the lower branches as I can get.

Damn 9 and 10 inches? My serrated edges would be all turned up and leaves would be getting yellow patches everywhere. I'm still trying to dial in light height..For 2 cobs in a 2'7 x 2'7 space..I go 35" then finish off at like 26-27"

That is impressive and will be even more so when its all stacked up with dense nugs on big kolas. Good luck with the rest of that grow.
