I know it goes against common sense but even in a 2x2 tent the numbers were significantly higher with than without the reflectors. All goes back to to much or not enough.

I did a test and found using reflector for veg, the plant grew faster than without. So I use for veg only.

This makes sense. Most people don’t see light stress while the plants are in veg and still growing. It seems to show more in flower.

I say no on reflectors as long as you have a reflective tent or side walls, white or mylar. If you have no sides, then Id consider reflectors...
