Extraction Clean your grinder with milk!

My first attempt at doing this method was an epic fail. I sorta got too stoned and forgot what I was doing. Melted the grinder. Doh.....
:yoinks:

I try to only ever cook in cast iron, it will outlast me so I only have to buy one set. It might be easier to put some butter in the grinder and put it in a very low oven on a tray to collect, shouldn't take long... Although I've not done this, so, who knows- just a guess :)

Attempting this right now :)
3 grinders, in some whole fat milk, little butter, then when it's done will add some Cocoa! (I'll let you know how it ends up)
Thanks for the tip, I love that I get to clean my grinder, and benefit from it at the same time :)

How did this go for you as this sounds nice?

Never heard of this technique before and have just stumbled across this and can't wait to try it.

Only do this with stainless and aluminum grinders - not plastic - we can't guarantee they're food grade and thermoplastics i.e they won't leach dangerous chems into your edibles.

I got a new 4 piece 1inch or so sharp stone that I would like to try this on when she is dirty.

Yea i have one chrome one ..just keep the heat low and take your time and its some dank!Cool:
