I emailed them again last night and asked if they could tailor the spectrum and add the 660nm deep red.I got a reply say yes there is no problem for us to build any wavelengths or spectrum for the Apollo panel
i was also given this link by them there a few interesting things to read http://singledgrowlight.blog.com/
Iv been looking at the wavelengths of the penetrator http://www.hydrogrowled.com/Penetrator-126X-PRO-LED-Grow-Light-P85.aspx this is a similar looking model and runs 440nm,470nm,525nm,640nm,660nm,740nm 6 band spectrum,on one site it says this is 75% red,10% blue,15% green http://www.growlitestore.com/Penetrator-126X-PRO-Generation-X-3-W-series .not sure how correct that is though.but on that example the spec is 25% 740nm,25% 660nm,25% 640nm that's your reds.5% 440nm,5% 470nm for blue.15% 525nm green..both this and the apollo 6 panel draw virtually the same power at 200w.so if Cidly configure this spectrum to there own LED you have a similar one to the penetrator in terms of light output.so next up is the lenses, multiple lenses seem to be the way companies are doing it at the moment.blackstar uses a combo of 60,90,120 degree LED beam angles, the penetrators is unique and not able to replicate.but multiple lenses do work well and Cidly could apply these.the quest continues to get a good quality decently priced LED
