Day #47...
Got back yesterday so thought I'd rearrange the tent and do some defoliating, get that light nice and deep as they were a little unruly....

Seriously impressed with all of them. I know I keep saying it but a big thanks to BioTabs and AutoPots... just awesome results with close to zero input.
So back in the tent in their new order, with a top feed of ORGATREX and Bio PK 5-8.
Also removed the humidifier for extra room and increased the extraction to 50% power (humidity was a bit high, I think because of the plants transpiration) and temp increase to 28⁰C (it was set at 25 before but only ever reached 23 so I'm hoping for 25/26 now).

Day #56....
Things are starting to fatten up nicely. It's looking like it's gonna be a bumper harvest.
HBH outgrew the space (I'll have to modify the hangers later) so I tried my first bit of super cropping on the main cola. Doesn't lik promising at the moment but I still got loads of other tips on her.

Day #63...
Well the super cropping worked out nicely. HBH is still a vertical monster with all the flower sites. Both CBD are close to the chop. Brown pistils all over but not seeing any amber trichs yet. Should be by the end of the week though where I can experiment with hand creams, oils etc. Keep the mind occupied during the lick down
The rest of the gals are just scarily good. Really looking forward to trying them all.

I did start off with a Heavyweight Seeds - Jackpot but she didn't sprout .... Who knows, maybe JP will pop up later?

A while ago a few of us were growing out some Heavyweight seeds as testers / trial grows here on AFN.
I (and maybe some others??) had the Jackpots, and had problems with germination, generally weak strains.
In the end, I did manage to grow a couple out, micro-grow style.
It was good smoke, tight, lemon cleaner flavors, and up-high smoke.
But they were weak strains to germinate and grow, and took a long time to finish.

Day #67...
Thought I'd have a venture in the groom and see if anything needed tending to? Not a great deal going on in there to be fair.
Staked HBH as she was a lot top heavy already.
ZOG, CQ & MS are blooming along quite nicely.
The 2 CBD's will be coming down soon, trichs are cloudy now. Which is good coz my MCT oil arrived today.

Anyway... on with the picture show....

Day #71...
Chop day for both Dinafem Kush CBD's.
Both went through the Spinpro trimmer. The smaller one made 39.6g wet and the larger one 87.1g wet. Combining to 126.7g wet. I think I'll be confident to get 28g dry.
The buds went into a paper bag for drying. All the trim and sugar leaves into a cardboard box. I'm undecided yet if I should add the trim to the buds for infusion or if I should make bubble hash with it, then add it to the buds?
Anyway, chop pics incoming... love love love the purples.

Got myself a new toy

Kinda pricey I thought but I bought it in the UK to save waiting on delivery time from China. It's a 1000x WiFi microscope. Actually really happy with the results. Took a bit of fine tuning but it let's me get a good view on the trichs.
Here's Cosmic Queen at day #75... She'll be chopped in a day or two. I can see roughly 20% amber colouring in there, when she's about 30-40% she's coming down!

Also received the last of the bits to make CBD MCT oil tinctures and hand cream. Now where my cauldron?

Day #77...
CQ came down today. After a quick trim and a run through the SpinPro she pulled 203.4g wet so I reckon I should be good for just over a zip and a half dry.

MS looks like she'll be early. Only a few more days on her to go.

HBH and ZOG won't be far behind either.
Absolutely stinking in my garage right now!

May try my hand at some CBD MCT oil tinctures later. We'll see how I feel.
