Indoor Chem City Blues log

I water in exactly the same way as @jingo said, little at a time until 20% run off. I'm wondering if your feeding too many grow/bloom nutes and not enough calmag. I'm not sure if this is possible. Do you test the ppm of the water going in/coming out?
I'm guessing so cat, it appears I've caused a lockout using synthetic nutes in this soil. From looking at the infirmary I know I had a bit of N toxicity going on, and it seems as though I have a phosphorus deficiency along with cal/mag deficiency. From now on I will be feeding Neptunes Harvest with cal/mag and a weekly tea. I flushed them thoroughly this morning and gave a dose of fulvic acid to help nutrient uptake.

So I stopped by the hydro shop and picked up some fish bone meal and azomite. I'm going to start brewing a tea today containing 1 cup ewc, 2 tsp fish bone meal, 2 tsp bat guano, 2 tsp kelp meal, and 2 tbs of molasses to 5 gallons of water. I also got some Mykos and will rub that into the top layer of the soil near the roots. This will be my first time making tea so hope all goes well! I've just now realized also that by the time I get these deficiencies taken care of (if I am so fortunate) it will be about time to flush lol. Hopefully I still end up with flowers that will do us all proud!

Oh! I forgot to mention, yesterday as I was flushing the plants I decided to move the biggest plant outside. I did this partly because I wanna see how it will respond and also because it's about 1-2 weeks behind the other 3 plants. This pheno has nice sturdy side branches that grow evenly with the apical cola and from the looks of it, it wants to get much bigger so I'm going to let it.

Quick update, it's day 53 and man have I done a number on these plants. They'll be fine but I've most certainly delayed their development. I started an aerated compost tea with some ewc, fish bone meal, molasses, and kelp meal, and used the remnants in my next batch of soil. I rubbed some Mykos and azomite into the root zone before giving them the tea so I hope they make a come back.

I gotta hand it to you. I'm still trying to figure out how to grow weed well and you're already figuring out how to grow microorganisms to grow your weed. That's some advanced stuff there[emoji54][emoji41]

Thanks jingo, it looks like you've definitely figured out how to grow some good weed!

Everytime I think about going organic it makes my head spin. Of course I would really want to stay in Coco.

Oh yeah, I know what you mean but it's fascinating to me. I'm actually going to start using coco as my base for my supersoil. In my opinion nothing is funner than growing in coco dtw lol the growth is so fast and you have so much control!

Well I'm just gonna have to follow you!

I shall be following you too!
