If the roots smell sour it could be root rot? Use Botanicare HydroGuard.

:vibe:
Only option for Hydroguard was >100$ CDN on Amazon.ca but the local shop had this.

Same? Close? Or horseshit?
1 cap does 10 gal so about 80 solo cup feedings lol

590 1.2 6.2 with 1ml/L Calmag and 1 dose Zyme
only gave 10oz, very little runoff, left it in the drain bowl to get reabsorbed into the media, don't want to lose any Zyme from the application.
Like how i cut my dose? lol
I just kept halving it down- 10gal, 5gal, 2.5gal, 1.25gal, 5/8gal, 5/16gal, 5/32gal, 5/64gal = 10/128gal = 10oz!

i think she will recover shes not going to be pretty but these solos can be challenging to grow

Yeah she will yield some funk. And its my first solo. And only my second grow.

But I see a lot of the same leaf damage that I saw with my first grow (same medium, better light, better temps, better humidity, I'm actually following a feed schuedule that goes from 150-950 ppm, pHing every watering/feed to 6.2 (soilless peat) and the fungus gnats are gone. So let's grow!! right?!

Today I saw 2 white root tips peeking out the drain holes in the bottom of the cup so VIGOR! but it also means that my landscape fabric bottom is obviously compromised.

Moved for you!

ppm (0.5) ec(us) pH
IN - 393 0.8 6.25 w .75ml/L calmag and 10oz dose of zyme in a 16 oz mix
OUT - 690 1.4 6.4 (25% runoff)
still seeing signs of fresh nute burn, chlorosis and rust

After looking at this picture, I've just noticed that most of the damaga is in the middle! Not concentrated in the lower or the newest growth. Hrmmm. I've heard that root problems can be like that - specific roots affect specific areas of the plant, but it doesnt sound right to me because they all share the same main stalk.
