I figure if the led doesn't last I can buy another for $2. Still cheaper lol. She's in the space so will see what she does. Cleared out 3 CFL bulbs and electric dropped a lot on my smart meter.

Ok so having made one light I thought I would try the double [emoji16] I went a bit fancier on the heatsink at £7 each ($10). 50 watt Foxanon cobs at £1.60 each and a 100 watt Chinese driver £6 wired up in parallel. Total cost about £27 with wire, couplers and thermal paste or $35 depending on your side of the pond. My soldering is getting good too [emoji39] Hanging them tomorrow. Probably start a new journal as my lights have changed quite a bit.
