lol, i wazn't referrin to spelling, but rather how u said "lite defol", but it duzn't look like u put even the smallest of dentz in that damn brazilian jungle u got goin ppp

Was worried about defol at week 7, could I do more of a 'lite defol' ?

I try to limit myself to a few leaves/branches every couple of days. Give her time to recoup and build back up. I feel that a lite defol helps get the juices moving.

Thats kind of where I'm at just a few leaves every couple days, always worried about defol this late in the grow,

Just like anything else, everything in moderation is ok. They are healthy, just dont be excessive and obnoxious and you should be fine. How I understand it is it's all about bud formation right now and veg is secondary. Look at some of the guys that lollipop the hell out of there plants. I'd love to try it out but cant bring myself to got THAT far.

Week 8bnow and the tent smells lovely, I have so much to learn about lst and getting an even canopy, I did another lite defole ,
But don't want to take to much away,
I can see a bit of fox tailing going on but I think that might be due to my inexperienc at training,

Welll that's all for now folks I thinks there is another 3 weeks left to go on these 2 girls but only time will see ,
