Hello folks,
Just wanted to know, is the product good? I watched a vid on how to prepair a coco block rinse off coco dust add a 150%dose of cal/mag soak for 8 hours then repeat and add perlite. I got a ugrow brick says its buffered and peat free? Now i understand there is 3 types of coco.
If i use the canna product i aassume its the correct type of coco and already been treated, do i need to do anything to it or just pot it up?
Also do i keep adding cal/mag nute in addition to my coco specific nutes? I live in a soft water area.
Thank you for looking and any help greatfully received.

Hi there! We used to have a coco subforum with that kind of info available (some written (or collated) by myself)

I'll try and fish it out and come back with a useful link!! :d5:

Thanks Tom - I think you're way beyond my little old guide written 6 years ago

amazing write up. Booked marked page.

Glad it was useful - St Tom above does a lot of grows and iirc, wins a good few comps! his threads would be definately worth looking into for inspriation (seeing as he uses the same medium and grows goood)

By the way - does EP stand for anything special?? ^_^ just curious!

:vibe:

Do you guys use clay balls or perlite? I have clay balls..... childish snigger. But how do you prepair these?

EP3 is the model of car that I have. Honda, my other passion.

Be sure they are the PH balanced hydroton. The cheap ones will cause PH problems forever!
