Wanted to see how frosty she is getting. CK is one sticky plant. Nice odor too. Another month or so to go:biggrin:

8 weeks down and a few more to go. I've burned the bajeezers out of the tips so I'm backing off on nutes for a bit. I first noticed the tips a couple weeks ago and that hasn't improved. It's spreading out to the edge of some leaves now. Maybe too late to make a difference. Live and learn. She seems to be doing ok otherwise, still stacking those buds and sugaring up nicely.

I'm on lock down here so my neighbor is going to pick me up some supplies for my outdoor grow and for the food garden today. It's finally warming up here a bit so I can get outside and mess around in the dirt.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my horror show - stay safe

9 weeks in , figure inside of the next two weeks to chop. Water uptake is starting to drop off so I'll be feeding only with a small pinch of BE and SC. I finally found a similar look to this CK plant last night in a journal somewhere on the web. I always likes seeing colors growing outside, but being a novice indoors I kinda wonder if I messed up with the nutes. Anyways, here are a few pics of her tonight.

It appears the upper right kola has a bit of foxtailing going on

Candy Kush auto boogie day 68 Giving it all she got
  • :smiley1: This photo may make some wonder :yoinks: what is going on with this plant. Well, this is how I see what is going on. The plant is very near the end of its life. she is using all the stored energy in the leaves. When growing outdoors, I looked forward to my plants looking like this. I stopped with nutes, water only so she would use the stored energy up. I'd love to hear what you have to think about this. :d5:

I've used VPD as a guideline for temps and humidity for this grow. Been in the 1.2 to 1.5 range for flowering.

Trichomes are mostly cloudy with a touch of amber.

  • :smiley1: Well getting close. I was thinking bout chopping but a voice in my head said to go another week. So no chop yet. She's only on H20 and a bit of BE, so she is using up all her stored energy in the leaves. This is how my outdoor grows would finish too.

  • :smiley1: I dropped a couple of cheapo NL x BB seeds of questionable genetics in the water on 420 and got two new little girls today that will end in a greenhouse in a few weeks. Until then, under the lights. This CK will have to go by the time the kids humidity domes come off, so another week at the most for her, if not less.

Anyways, here's a couple shots of CK and of a gray hair or two. I put a hat on when in the tent but I guess I'm shedding.

Candy Kush auto boogie day 77 chop chop
  • :smiley1: Well I put Ck in the dark yesterday, so today will be chop day. I am ok with how she turned out. Sticky, great odor yet I don't think the density is there in the buds. Will see how they are after drying. I am not all that impressed with the lighting I have. Definitely will be looking at options for the fall when i come back indoors to grow. Maybe a couple of auto cobs in my future..

I'll post the weight after she's dried and trimmed sometime next week.

And the root ball - The 3 gallon fabric pot was filled with roots. Maybe 5 gallon pots next fall.

Candy Kush auto boogie trimmed and weight
  • :smiley1: Trimmed up the Ck today. I'm ok with the outcome. 52g of keeper, 45g to cook with. I've grown a lot denser nugs outdoors than these are. I think I know what I need to do to get better density, so in the fall when I go back indoors that will improve. Anyways, had my first try and its really a smooth, relaxing, and clear medicine. It will only get better with curing. :cooldance:

Oh yea, I dry trim and as this is my own medicine, I'm not concerned about bag appeal. "leave it alone, it ugly" :yoinks:
