I don't think they really say how much you can keep at home for recreational use just that you're only allowed 1 oz went out in public the medical side is different

type gov weed laws Canada on google, usually gives you the big list on their website, if not be more specific in the search for storage limitations on google, thats how I found it a year ago. Its unlimited unless the government introduces new legislation, which will prob happen considering they wanna take all the government run locations private lol at least in NewBrunswick

Under your license, where were you supposed to source plant starting material (seeds, clones) from? Was there any kind of official government supply, or were you just expected to purchase from the illicit market?

Definitely not allowed to source from the grey or illicit market. You have to initially pick an LP (licensed producer) for "interim supply" and most of them are allowed to provide starting materials for any of the strains they choose. There are also limits on storage and processing (Aka must be solvent less, so no ISO or BHO is allowed.

They have an approved list of suppliers for clones and seeds who might also Supply an intern supply of dried herb

There's a place I order dry herb from when I had my license to grow I never actually got any clones from them cuz I was already growing Autos from seed it's one of the approve LPS

Keep in mind too, that regardless of the prescription, the gov specifies that med growers are not allowed to possess or store more than 150grams. This differs for rec as there isn't a documented storage limit for personal recreational production.
