That's all the info on the bottle...

I only use it during veg but it says it can be used during flower by spraying the top of the soil and the bottom inch of the stalk. There isn't much info the website. Do you just use it during veg as a foliar spray?
I have Optic Foliar spray but its extremely expensive. My sample bottles are almost gone. Looking for another foliar spray that's more affordable. This could be good stuff. I wish i lived in a rural acreage setting for many reasons, and one of the reasons would be having a Home Hardware in town. I just like that store.
Good worm castings can be hard to find in Canada, most of the brands sell worm compost which is just cattle manure with a little worm castings thrown in..
Here are some brands of worm castings I have used and personally vouch for ( not that my personal opinion matters to everyone.. ) these brands can be expensive but they are pure coffee grounds looking castings. No fillers..

I don't know how you go about rating worm castings. I have used a couple of commercial in a bag castings and I have no idea if they were great or bad. But I have bought some wormcasting from a local guy. Found him on kijiji. Visited him and got a tour of his big worm farm. And it sure looked like he was doing it right. Anyway, it is also worth looking at buying directly from the source too. Might be a way to get the very best at a good price.
You should try local hydro shop they don't keep there stuff outside usually I think that's the problem with those other places they keep it outdoors on palletsOne thing I've noticed from buying from the big hardware/homeware stores is all the soil/soilless bags have holes in the side and a lot of it is contaminated with bugs. I dump my soil in a large container now separate from my grow area. I wait about a week and give it a really good inspection before I start potting up with it.
I saw that Gaia Green living soil mentioned earlier, I was really excited to try that stuff but after a few days the soil looked like it was moving it had sooo many gnats crawling around in it. I went to lowes after to pick up a bag of promix HP , and i didn't even make it out of the store with it before I noticed the outside of the bag was crawling with little red spiders that I can only assume were spider mites. And I'm sure they woulda been able to work their way into the small holes on the sides of the bag.
Now I'm just buying the big bales of either Sunshine mix or ProMix, they dont come with the holes in the side for airation.
