Hello AFN infirmary ....have been having some probs with my(soon to be ex)G.O.T.Y competition plant.....some deets for you

Problem:...overall yellowing of canopy leaves....tips and margins of leaf with middle staying green....leaf fingers cupping and turning down too....plant is 70 days old on Sunday and no buds yet

Medium/grow method:.....Ecothrive pre-charged 60/40 Coco perlite mix....pre-charge is Beetle frass I think(?)

Feed: and supplements used:......Buddhas Tree full line(Organicus option) with Shogun Calmag

water source:....Tap water bubbled for 10/20 hrs before use.

Strain/age:....Zamnesia Northern Lights Auto

light used:.....2 x Skyline 400 (mk2)

Climate:....temp is usually 23°- 28° Celsius and RH is usually around 40/50%

Additional info:...I have raised my lights to about 36" tonight......and my Ph is always inbetween 5.80 and 5.95...

:smoking: Vapo mate, glad you got the info to me,...... few few more ?'s:
--- is it just this one plant showing the leaf margin rolling? Hard to tell with LED, but they all look more or less paler than they should.... Often this is a light intensity thing; different strains will have variable tolerances for such things,.... you raised them up, so that's done,... But that said, 3-W's Anvils were practically pasted to the Q boards on his grow, and they showed little stress....
--- another possibility is root trouble; are these stand-alone pots? Did this one get over/under watered recently?
-- if T and RH% have been OK, then we can eliminate anything VPD related,.... pH is good going in, but the in-pot pH is waht really needs to be known...
--- the nutes, they are organic? Problem there is no way to assess the feed richness like with synthetics, no ppm's to measure per se,... And hard to know how much micronutes they have (Zn defc. seems to be the symptoms on tops)... If pale top to bottom overall, S could be lacking too,...
-- 70 days on an "auto" is a bad sign mate,... I would consider this plant a misfire "auto" and treat it like a photo, if you can 12/12 her...
--- how much Ca-Mg is going in? No signs of Ca defc, right? Still Ca is linked to so many other nutes for metabolism, including Zn,....

hello dude...thanks for getting back to me, I will try and answer as much as I can...

...yes it is just one plant exhibiting the rolling fingers dude...
...yes these are stand alone pots dude, they are in 10 ltr root pouches and about the over/under water, I have been doing it by weight for a while.....I think I might have over watered at the start tbh
...the pot Ph of that specific plant I will give to you next time I water, should be in the next couple of days max dude....I will calibrate my Ph meter before feeding and test the run-off Ph?......is that the right thing to do mate?.....
.....I give them 1ml per ltr of Cal-Mag dude and I have a photo tent on 12/12 at the moment dude so I will put her in there......weird really, cause I popped 3 of these Northern Lights and all have had trouble moving into bloom......just as a matter of space dude I had to put 1 of the NL in my photo tent....this is her........

Edit:....my photo tent is CMH 315w 3000k dude

hope you get on the right track @Vapo arthur and waira will put you on track
...thank you brother.....I already feel like I am in good green hands:d5:

Hello @Waira mate, she will be due for a feed 2moz......so I will get that info for you from the run-off......I have placed her in the 12/12 tent today.....I have 3 of these Northern Lights going and one of which was in the 12/12 already and got swapped today.....this one is a funny old girl too dude....1or 2 cupped leaves....but she has massively long fan leaf stems and improper formed leaves and 3 fingers as well...weak genetics a possibility?..I took some pics dude

... process of elimination here mate, an early spell like that isn't relevant now,...

Well, since this is an organic feed regime (right?), the usual protocol for coco + synthetic nutes isn't in play, that is, measuring your pH and TDS/EC going in and coming out... main reason for that is to monitor your nute salt load in-pot to keep things in line, much like hydro' which coco is closer to IMO,...( true soil is much more flexible and tolerant in many regards).... In soil's case, taking pH and ppm readings from run-off, even using low ppm water, is dubious for accuracy at best... In this case, maybe not so much even in coco + organics, it will at least give a ball park estimate of in-pot pH which will offer clues possibly,... Using water with Ca-Mg, hardness, etc will skew the readings of pH. ..... those curling edges, more often than not it's environmental, not nutritional, though some strains/pheno's may do it "normally",.... I'm still leaning toward a light intensity and lack-of micronutes causation for these symptoms.... If the run-off come out over 6.8, too alkaline, then part of the symptoms are explained as likely Zn defc.,....
As for keeping her, if there's not even a sign of sex yet, it's a misfire auto, inferior genetics, and/or a labeling fuck-up, something like that! It's you call whether to ride her out or compost her... Zamnesia, I'm not to hip on for quality, but personally I steer away from them,... Zambeza is dogshite, proven here already, not that they are related but often easily confused....:smoking:

Thank you, thank you and thank you haha.....these were sponsored beans for the comp, so no dosh lost on that aspect, just time and nutes/medium etc etc.....in the first round, Zamnesia sent me some Cherry Bud, I had to cull one of those too......Cherry Bud are supposed to be a smaller strain and the one I had to cull was approaching the top of my tent fast.....again, thanks for the advice dude, it is much appreciated.....I know its ultimately my decision, so food for thought...to cull or not to cull?.......that is my question!!...:pass:
