ive been looking at the pics of the unknown Buddha strain, and i cant say that i know what it is. it looks very Sativa dominant and i have not had anything from Buddha that looks like that. How is the smell? can you describe it? its looking great though. I notice that you trim your plants at the same time you cut them down.... i use to do this also (mostly because im so excited for harvest and work) but that way is hurting your final product. When you chop the plant, just take off the leaves that are large and have no trichs on them, then hang the plant (branch by branch) for at least 3 days until everything has a dried on the outside, then trim. I just started doing it this way on my last grow (the proper way) and i can honestly say that the final product is much better! the smell and taste really stay in the buds when you let it hang with the leaves on it. the leaves act as a "wall" between the air and the buds, not allowing the buds to absorb any other scents or get rid of theirs. Try this method with your next plant and i promise you will see what im talking about. The smell and taste of my buds increased so much when i did this, even the price of my stuff went up because of how smelly it was.
