Amazon has a digital microscope that plugs into your phone. It's like $30. I highly recommend it. This is a picture of trichomes milky then one amber. I let her go too far. This was taken 2 days apart. View attachment 1217767View attachment 1217768

I am still playing around with the camera.... images are clearer on the screen. Not bad for a freebie, 45x zoom.

Excitable..... update. The girls had a semi chop this eve, I am gonna harvest in stages, 1/3 of one of the girls buds were so ripe I felt they must be picked ...... 80 to 90% of the pistils were orangey brown and they are full of resin. I will do a final dry yield after I have cured them. I decided to smoke the scissor hash ... Only a tiny amount, less than the size of a lentil, I am baked. Happy days. The buds may not be huge but they are going to be mint me thinks

Your pistils are amber, Trichomes look milky, can't see them very clearly though. If the pistils are 80% amber that's usually a good indicator it is time to harvest according to many.
