Anyone tried this? Shipping makes it rather pricey.Stratioforce I'm under attack as well. Tried some Trifecta last night.
I'm assuming that's what these are-about an 1/8"
Yep that's a pic of a fungus gnat alright. I grabbed a sticky trap and looked at the bugs stuck to it with my trichome microscope. They look like that top pic @Sour D . Looks like You are joining the fungus gnat battle. I have not tried that Stratioforce stuff thank's for posting very interesting.
The big suck is I h'm using the air pots that have the dimples with holes all over so they are getting right to the roots- I think. Impossible to spray through. Why I think I'm going to need to go the big bucks for the Stratioforce or get rid of the 2 girls that seem to be stunted.
I have found 1 thing that @#$% fungus gnat's up. Hydrogen peroxide. During 1 of my early grows with a Blueberry plant I was infested and could not keep up with them until I tried the hydrogen peroxide in the water. I thought that this would affect the plants kill or wound them. I was wrong the plants never reacted. They were halfway thru flower and I had one of my best harvests ever. I am organic I don't know how using hydrogen peroxide would be considered for a true organic grow. But I know it works for fungus gnats. I wish I was more knowledgeable on the effects of hydrogen peroxide on living plants. Good luck fellow fungus gnat warriors. The Nematodes sound interesting but I have never tried them.
I am growing in 5 gallon buckets that only have holes in the bottom. I can keep them at bay with diatomaceous earth and sticky traps but I am getting a vision of an airpot on fungus gnats and that sounds like hand to hand combat and hydrogen peroxide for their side entrances fight. And multiple treatments
