I come again with my Auto WWxBB in mostly coco coir... she is very close to being harvested (bit over day 90), but got these weird brown blotches that don't look like necrosis, nor do they come off when rubbed. Under my 60X microscope the bloches seem at first as if the leaves had a very thin layer of brown... but looking closer it seems it's the tissue turned lightly into brown, but I can't really tell if its the cells turned brown or something on top.

Temps in the tent are... 73 - 81 F / 22 - 22 C, RH is 50-60% at canopy level. Greenleaf Nutes (Mega Crop 1, Bud Explosion, etc) are hand watered and are at 1.2-1.3 EC at pH 6.0-6.2 with runoff at 1.0 - 1.1.

I'm hoping it's not a fungus... this plant has gone through a few problems al ready.... root root, salt build up, damaged roots during seedling stage, etc. Any thoughts on these new symptoms?

Here are some pictures.

@Waira should I worry about these blotches?

Id say maybe a little nute burn and lockout but shes not far from done now and you will have a great harvest and i dont feel theres anything to worry about

Cool... thanks. I plan to harvest this weekend, or by far next weekend. Pretty excited it survived the issues.

She's ready any time mate! A week may be too long maybe?
.... probably a micronute defc. kicking in, nothing to do about it though at this stage so don't sweat it....

Thanks! My plan was to at least chop the taller buds this weekend and let the bottom part of the plant a week more or so, but looking at tricomes on the tallest buds I still see a few amber but i don't see many cloudy, and lots of clear. So not sure.
Also, I'm giving nutes every 5 hours, at 1.2-1.3 EC and runoff is 1.0 EC, so not sure if that means she still wants to continue feeding to bulk up more.
Additionally, even though breeder says she's a 10-12 week strain, she showed pistils almost 2 weeks later than what other people report, so I was kinda expecting her to go a week or so longer.
Any how, thanks for the guidance!

Once is a while, I'll see some trich's that just don't cloud up much,...some turn so milky that the plant looks like it almost lost some trich's (not as sparkly).... pistils, leaves do offer clues about ripeness too, There's always a few new calyxes stacking up, white pistils, clear trich's, so ignore them... if it were my plant, I'd start easing off the nutes a bit and harvest next week sometime.....

Darn... I always see your replies too late.... I harvested the top buds in which i saw amber trichs, left rest for next weekend. Will start reducing nutes... thanks again!
