Brother Mendel's Midwest Widow
~No Topping/No LST
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I decided to tie a few branches to the tent to open her up and try to get more bud action. I hung a jug of pellets off her in the front as there was no pole. She is getting a gallon of the same FloraTrio Feed every morning. 600ppm, 5.9ph. Oh how I miss my autowatering Autopot!!
These girls are gonna run around 90 days looks like.
1262021 update.
Another quick update. Had to give her a haircut and clean her up a bit a little over 60 days I think. So probably a few more weeks somewhere around 75-80.
Deficiency should be all sorted out some Buildabloom and WPAC and we are good to go. Feels like we were running a little short on P, I used a pre mix living soil and I am pretty sure it was not as strong as my normal mix.
Treated for P and Ca, but 99 percent sure it is just P problem.
What PPM are you at hon? I am around 600 but was thinking of trying to bump her up a bit, see what she can take.
XOXO
Living soil so no feed. Well I supplement with Buildabloom but no idea what it is at.
That should handle it.
She still looks good.
Day 64: Start of week 10. Put on some weight since last update. Not nearly as big or as full as it could have been. I even have a nice gap between bud sites to show where it would have and could have filled in. Scope check tomorrow hopefully, see how close it is to done.
Stems with gaps. I'm sure that had I been able to sort out the nute issue the whole thing would have been enormous and solid.
Update- Midwest widows are 57 days old. Started feeding ph 5.7-6.0 water with 3.25 gpg MC, .5gpg BE, and .5 gpg Epsom salts. Dropped the kingbrite QB 288 240w to 14” above them at not quite 95% power. They are looking rough but maybe they’ll come out of it. Thinking maybe quitting MC and going quasi organic.
either way, the SIP girl is definitely larger. Has one more gal of media to use but I think it’s the bottom feeding that does it.
