Indoor Briman grows Stones and Dragons

Shyte happens in the realm of regular beans. Regs and fems have their purpose and both have advantages. I think for breeding, regs are certainly where its at, but for just a guy growing em out, fems are it. I like both and looking at the males grown out on this and the last run, there are about 2 males I would have loved to use for breeding!! Great learning tool! Thanks GA!

End of week 5 update, heading into week 6. All is good in the tent and temp, humidity are holding steady! Have a bit of stretch going on and some leaf tucking. Tuck tuck tuck your leaves! Expose those bud sites. These ladies would be prime for some pollen on the 3 older plants!! But, they will have to finish off for the New Year for some smoking and another hash run. Hit em pretty hard with feed tonight, they looked like they were a little hungry, so Ill push them a bit. Took some top and side pics tonight. Any questions or comments, please dont hesitate! On to some pics...

Week 6 coming to a close and things are starting to get smells and flowering up nicely. The temps and humidity are steady and all is good! Hit them with a BIG feed yesterday and they are taking it very well. Pots are drying out faster and fixing to get their drink on. Gonna push the feed on em a bit but not much more. Will certainly hit em hard with flowering nutes next week, with a bit of PK and carbs. Any questions or comments? On to some pics...

Tucked some leaves this morning. Exposing some budsites. I cant believe the plants are so healthy and dark green! All of them! Will look forward to seeing these gals plump up. 1 more week then I hammer the crap out of em with some boosters! I am liking the new Humboldt medium. No amendments this time, no added perlite. It is more pourous than promix with added perlite and the water falls right through it pretty well but retains moisture and having to feed/water every 2 days with their growth stage now. I probably should water smaller amounts every day, but am too busy for that. The only 2 things I do not like about the humboldt mix is there is alot of lumber(small sticks and such in it) and makes for a slight annoyance pulling them out when its potted up, but I can live with it! Great medium so far. Second is price. It is about 15 dollars more than a bail of promix hp, but it is has more moisture in it than the promix. I would suggest to anyone using promix, to use some kind of paper mask when working with it. It is dry out of the bag and the dust from the perlite and myco can cause health problems, but I do that with every medium I buy. Dont want to be breathing that stuff in!

Ladies are looking great Briman.:Sharing One:
The peat dust and perlite bits drove me crazy when I was using Promix.
Now that I'm using straight coco I'm a happy camper once again.
No dust or bits anymore.

Looking great bud! Have you smoked any of these strains before? I haven't so curious LOL keep it mean and green Bri!

No I have not! Looking forward to it though. Stone dragon reports have peaked my interest and the ESDK is a Stone dragon crossed with bob bitchin's(epic genetics) epic kush, so that shoould be some great :nightdrag: put you into the pillow meds! The Stone99 scares me. She is definitely sati dom and I dont like the sati high. It gets my mind racing too fast, to almost a panic state but that could be me just over medicating on it too. I'll try a puff of it and if it hits me wrong, I'll make hash out of her. Thanks for poppin in and your kind words.

Never tried coco, watering daily is not an option for me right now. Might try to get 1 dwc bucket going next year too. I tried dwc a few years ago and could make it work. Definitely a learning curve to coco and dwc. I can get Sunshine mix aggregate at a local big box for a good price, works just like promix, but same on the dust. Humboldt mix doesnt have the dust and is working out.

What size of pots dude? Mills?

5 gallon redi root fabric pots with the plastic aeration frames. Best of both worlds. fabric pot like a smart pot and a plastic frame to move things around and protection if need be and the system together makes for a great combo. They used to be called EZ root pots, but must have got bought out and are now redi root. Turned Andy Botwin on to these and he likes em too. Like I said, best of both worlds.
redi root.pngredi root frame.jpgRunning Advance on all but 1 plant. 1 stone dragon has AN and the other Stone dragon has Mills. I am pushing both and have not seen a single tip burn yet, but I know I have to be careful with the AN nutes. Mills has been pushed over their heavy feed chart and not 1 burnt tip. Thanks for stoppin in guys!

where do you get them pots at bud?

That Stone Dragon is a beautiful plant, Bri! Another strain that I'm all enamored by at the moment. After seeing pics of Eyes' obsidian colored SD, I too wanna learn how to train a dragon!
