Indoor BR549's Kind Soil I.H.O.P.R.T.F.A.F. Grow...

You know, things are going very well so far, and I don't want to take anything away from Kind Soil, but I'm pretty much convinced that the best thing I did for my growing skills was to throw this:

in the trash and switch to this:

About twenty times cheaper and far more useful.

If memory serves, this is day 27 for the three older girls, and day 20 for the Grape Crinkle. But don't bet on it. It's no gamble to say this is my best grow so far, though. Lush and green. I love it!

Edited really late to clarify: I mean so far in this grow; I'm not judging anything after just three weeks!

You know I've never actually believed in those test probe type meters either. I've always just gone with the testing the soil directly.

Plants are looking great I think they always start really nice in soil.

The stretch is on! Blackberry Kush is taking the early lead. I think I measured wrong yesterday; these things don't grow two and a half inches in one day, do they? Of course, I'm just measuring out of habit. What am I going to do, switch to flowering water when the stretch stops?

One interesting tip for anyone who might be considering using Kind Soil and following their advice on using the Earth Juice crystals: you get a lifetime supply. There are no directions, so the first time I used it, I tried an eighth of a teaspoon in a gallon of water that measured around 7.5. It popped it to 4, and that's because I used the liquid stuff and 4 is as low as it goes. I get a few grains on the blade of a table knife and mix it in my five gallon container. Easy does it...

Okay, it's closing in on five weeks and things are jumping. I really wasn't planning on taking any "individual" photos until the end of the grow. I like you people and all, but I've had too many careless mistakes while moving plants. However, I've got to show you the Blackberry Kush after I supercropped it, so I might as well snap them all. Don't expect it again, though; I think I've finally got it through my head that the real goal is growing the bud, not showing off on AFN (although that's a fun secondary goal, right?)

Those two defective leaves at the bottom are the same two that have shown the deficiency all along; all other leaves are fine.

Grape Crinkle-remember, this one's almost a week behind the others. Hard to tell...

Blackberry Kush-okay, here's the weird one. This is what I THOUGHT supercropping was supposed to do, but it's the first time it ever did this for me. Usually they just pop right back up after a couple of hours with a knuckle. Now I'm thinking, how is that going to work when the buds start growing? Hmmm...:

The bend didn't "firm up" if you know what I mean as quickly as usual; I guess that's why. She seems happy now; we'll just have to see how it goes.

I did it again. I was trying to supercrop the Blackberry Kush again (it was getting out of control again) and I broke the top off. Pardon my language, but I'm getting pretty fucking tired of doing stupid shit like this.
