Hey growers

How's everybody doing? Is everyone enjoying the show?
Let's start with some music...not for everyone, but hey...We'll see how far we can take this...


While Janice is filling our ears with her drunken angel voice let me introduce you to miss Where's My Dog... Forty-nine days old today and really bulking up nicely...

Her leaves are starting to yellow a bit (I'll show you in a bit). I'll be flushing the solocup tonight with some nutrient solution right after I'm done posting here and finished my joint

Have a look at this bud. Not nearly done, but the amount of pistils that are emerging...This one is going to be a monster!!

Next up we have our Sweet Bourbon Auto Kush

At fifty-eight days she's definitely reeking of turpentine. Just incredible how that's even possible

The only thing that's left for her to do is to swell up those calyxes and ripen them trichomes

This is my lovely Wedding Glue. She smells floral. Just like her neighbor Fat Pete's, but here it's less pronounced, more sweeter...

At eighty-three days she should have been ready, but she had such a bad start...I guess she needs a bit more time. Two or three weeks...

Still enough fresh pistils to call her to young to chop...

Last but not least, Fat Pete's Cookies...Speaking about floral...This one smells so much like Mokum's Tulip, just amazing!!

Fat Pete's is fifty-eight days today. She has a real grassy look to her, but that's because her pistils are about twice as long as the pistils on the other plants inside the tent. Again, the smell is amazing!!

I've tried something else the last days...Even the 60fps time lapses had very little activity. So I saved up some pictures...Almost 6 days worth, 1469 pictures with a total size of 8GB. And made a time lapse at 120fps...

Nope, going to run 4 autopots, each 2 gallons.
I'll put one layer of hydro clay pebbles on the bottom of each pot and fill that up to the brim with some lightmix.
I'll be putting my trust into Bio Tabs for nutrients as the autopot container will only be filled with plain water...Exciting

So curious about the Night Queen. There's so much Afghani genetics in that one. Can only dream of the hash that could be made from that
But that lies in the future...For now I feel I'm getting the hang of it. Solocups are definitely one of the harder grow styles to use. The result is non the less amazing. Even with the mistakes I've made I had some very good results

Also made another 120fps time lapse. You can really see that everything is coming to an end as the dancing leaves have stopped on all but one plant.

Awesome, isn't it? Pot has been legal here for 3.5 years now. For 40 +years I smoked what ever was available around. Usually not that great.
As states legalized it made it's way here occasionally. If there was some good weed around it was $400 an oz.
This last 3 years has been a weed renaissance for me.
Have you thought about what your going to run in the 2 gal auto pots?

Yes I did, I've mentioned it before, but could be in another of my threads while I think of it..
I'm going to run two Auto Night Queen and two Auto White Widow, both Dutch Passion classics they turned auto. I hope the Night Queen will provide loads of thick amber trichomes so I can make hash out of her, Frenchy style. And the White Widow, well...if you're my age you'll understand

Hey AFN Fam

Today a trichome special. I've got big trichomes, small trichomes, I've got...smelly trichomes... Come on in


Let's start with "Where's My Dog". This bitch (female dog, not the curse word of course) is throwing out fresh trichomes every day.
All these pictures where taken with the same focus. So the smaller trichomes should become big trichomes any day now

Some trichomes are starting to turn, but as expected only on the leaves that protrude out the sides of the buds.

With my Sweet Bourbon Auto Kush this is a very different story...

Many a trichomes are starting to go to amber and some even beyond. Since I like my hash very stoney I let this go this far, but tomorrow or the day after I'm going to harvest this one for sure...

This is a great example of genetics which is up to schedule with what is advertised on the growers website. Kudoz @SuperSativaSeedClub-David and your team for creating this little beauty.

Next up is my elderly becoming Wedding Glue.

At 90 days she's well over her expected due time, but I can wait...

Probably another week...But it can go fast, so I'll be checking her every day as I'll do with the above mentioned Bourbon Kush...

Finally we have our Fat Pete's Cookies which is starting to amber up on her leaves. A good sign that the window of opportunity is going to open soon and I'll have to keep my eye out on her.

A great example of the first amber trichomes...Yum!

Should be enough for four pots and then some
