I've seen purple rosin pressed before, from an ethos strain I think. Wild shit!
Never seen that before as all the purple cultivars I've grown had white trichomes.I've seen purple rosin pressed before, from an ethos strain I think. Wild shit!
Yeah, well I can tell you those purple's still taste the same. Something we from "de lage landen" almost never had to deal with. We had White Widow, NL, Skunk (let's not forget that one) and later on Amnesia, Orange Bud...To many to count actually, but they all were killer cultivars and went around in the local coffeeshops...Once in a while you could get Purple Haze and that tasted like the purple cultivars I've have grown until now and I can't be absolutely sure about the Test PA one, but It smells kushy and I'm fairly sure about this purple taste is what they call Kush in the States is actually something I'm not really a big fan of. Then why grow it? Well, that's something I've just recently discovered and I'm not one to throw away a grow just because I've discovered I didn't like the taste of itLive and learn.kraziiiiee! and so beautiful.
90ies.... Amsterdam Coffeshops....those WW and NL and some dope called "laughing bhudda"... I'll never forget what i can remember ;-)
Good those strains still exist, theres so much lost. Those purples vere also very popular in th early nineties, but they tasted so different, that I still don't dare to grow one. But they look so nice, It's a great show.
Cheers!
Your welcome mate! It's the least I could do with all the nice genetics you've been sending meThanks for all the updates mate, really like to see the progression that the plants made in a week
No, I don't think so. The only thing that's left over after applying is the Silica which was used to inoculate with Clonostachys rosea. --> LINKThat Rotblock seems to be hurting the leaves quite a lot, hence all the yellowing/brownish spots on the leaves, right?
Don't you think that stuff is bad for its/your health?
Yeah!! I'm most proud of this specimen! I had a great indoor grow with this White Widow and this outdoor grow is looking awesome. Think this girl will provide me with ample buds to enjoyAnyway, plants looking good, especially the Auto White Widow, very nice structure and big buds for a greenhouse grow
Ok, Then I'll be have to be on the lookout for purple trichomesThat purple Auto PA is looking fire mate! Regarding the purple rosin, I have seen @danknuggets making dark violet hash from it, so I wouldn't be giving up on that purple rosin just now
This harvest is for me and I don't mind fluffy weed. It all ends up in my grinder anywayThe Auto Skywalker Haze is foxtailing like crazy.... never seen it like this before! Probably a reaction to the heat as you stated yourself already.. it's definitely prone to foxtailing so Hope you she will still produce some partly solid buds in the end, will probably take a few weeks longer than the others. She has healthy looking leaves and a good amount of resin already though!

I don't know about the health impact, maybe @Phyter can shed a light on this matter? But I do know it works like a charm in preventing molds.

Just wanted to grow it for once and for all

Then could this be Clonostachys rosea? You can eat it. Fine for your health. Extremely net positive for the plants health. Not only will it prevent bad guys from colonizing, it typically will allow for healthier plants overall. Not just in cannabis. Fruits, vegetables, etc. Healthier leaf tissue. Larger root mass when applied to seeds or early clones. Aides in nutritional uptake. Approved for use in organic agriculture.
Yes, there will be some small residue, but you can also occasionally see the funghi itself growing on the plant, with naked eye.
Cheers
