I'm not sure if it can give more because she is sitting on the balcony all this time, with not much sun hitting her, so i'm not really sure

uh huh..wow, shes at day 69..she should be finishing up..with less light, its not a bad thing, she just cant turn the light into energy toward the buds..so slow growth..shell finish up when shes ready to..the leaves will tell ya with auto's, always.
