Hello ^_^
Here begins my journey from germination to harvest of Black Cream, by Sweet Seeds.
My seeds came very nicely packaged and presented in a small vial. I was impressed with the uniformity of the seeds - very nice dark brown and mottled appearance, there was no clear winner to sow first
Here's my Setup:
60 x 60 x 180cm Cab
250w MH/HPS bulb
220 CFM extraction fan
Reversed carbon filter
Air movement fan.
I grow in Canna coco plus with perlite. I mix about 35% perlite into my coco.
My pots are 11 litre square pots.
My nute lineup.
Canna coco A&B
Canna Rhizotonic
Canna cannazyme
Canna boost
Canna PK 13/14
Bloom Calmag
Friday 13th Sept
I'd prepared my pots with my coco and perlite mix, and watered them @ 5.6 PH with just the faintest hint of Rhizotonic
I leave the pots to warm up for a few hours.
Then i take a biro or pokey from a clipper lighter, and I poke a small hole and drop my seed in. I then lightly cover the hole with coco so the seed is in the dark and place a plastic cup over the seed to get some humidity going.
I've decided to put 2 seeds in one pot. I'm sure they wont mind sharing a little.
My cab is running at 80F - just right for germ.
36 hours later and my seeds are just about out of the ground.
48 hours from sow, they are pushing out their little leaves (cotylodeons (ish)) and breaking free from their hats
Currently 250w MH at 36 inches - 24 hours a day.
Thats all for now.
