I haven't posted any grows for a while, mostly because I had the year from hell. Got ripped-off twice for seed. I will save that story for another day. A security issue that made me move my tents. And a drop in germination rate from over 90% to less than 50% because I bought bad potting soil. Anyway this beauty is a Blimburn afgani auto about 7 weeks old and 37 in tall with some good bud sites. The smaller plant is a Auto Seeds juicy lucy about 6 weeks and 17 in. Both are in 3 gallon airpots and get Fox Farm nutes. The leds are two kingleds 1200 plus, cheap less than $150 and seem to work. I tried three plants with one light and two plants with one light, not good. But so far two seem to do well, buds will tell. I was broke and in a hurry when I got them and did no research. The 10 watt diodes put out a ton of light and heat and summer temps were 85-90f. So far I have kept the lights at 30in as recommended.

I think I made a mistake about the plant. I can't find and Afgani auto on Blimburns site and the company I bought the seed from, GYO, sold out. Maybe thats' why only 50% of the seeds I got from them popped. They sent the seeds not in breeders package, if I had known I would not have bought from them. Anyway the Auto seed juicy lucy, if that's what is is, is ok. I have what should be Dinafem kush & cheese auto seeds left to try.

well you should at least be able to tell if the dinafems are real id know a kush n cheese from a mile away they all look similar and stink to high heaven super stretchy

Well I have to admit that the older I get the more I think I know everything and the more I learn I don't. There was no bad soil, it was me making the same mistake 5 times. I had too much light too close and bleached the seedlings, a rookie mistake. Pics 8 & 9 show one plant that I continued to try and grow with less light and another seed germinating in what I said was bad soil. The plant, pic 8, is about two weeks old, Auto Seeds juicy lucy, and has regained color and is starting to grow again. I started another JL in the empty pot and will grow these three as an experiment. The large plant is starting to bulk-up well and stopped vertical growth at 39 in., the JL has stopped also at 19 in, both show visible resin. I really like running two tents, lets me experiment without risking maybe having no crop.
