New Grower BlackStar 240W---1/2 LED Panel Failure

Came home and something didn't appear right. I have learned not to look up too often with the LED. This time, I looked up and noticed 1/2 of the panel was out including the center diodes. It's possible it has been out for a while because of some changes I made in the way it is hung.

It is about 9 months old. Anyone had similar problem. I am unsure of the warranty which I will investigate. Purchased via Amazon.

That sucks man! Thats the 2nd one i've heard had trouble ina week. Hope its warranteed and they take care of it for ya.

I had a couple rows go out on my GLH. Called the mfg. and turned out to be a simple fix. One of the drivers was bad so they sent me a replacement and a spare. Took all of about 5 minutes to install it and I was back up and running. I believe the warranty on the Blackstars is a year, so you should be fine.
